Subscription Manager This area allows you to extend the expiry date duration of your Pitch Room subscription through a credit card payment. Use this feature if it turns out that your production runs longer than expected, and you still need access to your Pitch Room resources.
Backup Manager This feature allows you to place, on your computers hard disk, any photosets uploaded to our services. By clicking on the lower right hand check box, when you are in the top level of a photoset collection, and selecting “”Request Backup” the selected photoset will be queued for download in the “Back-up Manager”. The “Backup Manager” can be found in the “Admin” section. This will contain a list of items that are being prepared for download and are ready to download.

Pitch Rooms are on-line proposals in password-protected websites, where you can include all the information necessary to pitch your upcoming project to potential investors. Film Commissions can use this service to share the benefits of filming in their region with film projects that are searching across North America for the perfect location.
As long as you have the right permissions, a Pitch Room can be seen by your clients 24-hours a day from any computer that has internet access. Similarly, if you are working with a team who are contributing information to the Pitch Room, they can be uploading information from anywhere in the world at any time of the day.
Pitch Rooms are rented by the week and can be renewed indefinitely.
